Sensory Play — Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Sensory Play mobile application ("Application"). By downloading and using the Application, you agree to these terms.

The Application offers sensory, motor, cognitive and social development-focused game activities that parents and children can play together.

2. License to Use

Sensory Play grants you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Application's source code
• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Perform actions that may compromise the security of the Application

3. Subscription and Payment

The Application offers a premium subscription service in addition to free content.

• Subscription Type: Monthly auto-renewable subscription
• Payment: Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (App Store / Google Play Store → Subscriptions)
• Free Trial: If a free trial period is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. No charge will be applied if you cancel during the trial period

All payment transactions are processed entirely through Apple's or Google's payment infrastructure. Sensory Play does not access or store your credit card numbers or payment information.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are managed by the platform through which the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within the Application (games, descriptions, images, music, blog posts and software) belongs to Sensory Play and is protected by copyright.

You may use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is." Sensory Play:

• Does not guarantee that the Application will function without interruption or errors
• Does not claim that the games in the Application substitute for medical treatment
• Cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application

The Application is not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified health professional.

7. Use by Children

Sensory Play is designed for parents to use with their children. The Application is intended for use under parental supervision, not for independent use by children.

It is recommended that children under 13 use the Application under parental supervision.

8. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be modified. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
