Sensory Play — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This privacy policy explains how the Sensory Play mobile application ("Application") handles user data. The Application offers games and activities that support children's sensory development.

2. Data Collected

The Application does not collect the following data from users:

• Personal information such as name, surname, email address or phone number
• Location data
• Photos, videos or audio recordings
• Device contact list or file system data
• Financial information or payment data

The Application uses an internet connection to serve game content. This connection is only used to fetch game data from the server.

3. Children's Privacy

Sensory Play is designed as a children's application. The Application:

• Does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
• Does not show advertisements targeted at children.
• Does not share children's data with third parties.
• Offers in-app purchases (subscriptions); however, all payment transactions are processed entirely through Apple's and Google's payment infrastructure. The Application does not access or store your payment information.
• Complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and relevant local legislation.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the Supabase infrastructure service to host game data. Only game content (title, description, materials list, etc.) is served through this service; no personal user data is transmitted to this service.

5. Permissions

The Application uses the following device permissions:

Android:

• Internet Access (INTERNET): Required for loading game content from the server.
• Audio Settings (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS): Used for proper functioning of sound effects during gameplay.

iOS:

• Internet Access: Required for loading game content from the server.

The Application does not use or request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or file system access.

6. Data Security

Since the Application does not collect personal data, there is no user data to store or protect. Game data is securely hosted on Supabase servers and transmitted over the HTTPS protocol.

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be modified. In case of significant changes, notification may be provided through the application.
